Tore began his sales career in his early twenties and entered real estate in 2009 before stepping into leadership as a Managing Broker in 2016, and supporting the growth of countless agents. It was in this role—walking alongside agents through both their wins and their hardest seasons—that he realized his true passion was coaching, development, and helping people grow into who they are capable of being.

Alongside his operational leadership, Tore has deep governance and board experience and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. This background gives him a unique ability to bridge strategy, accountability, and human behavior—helping leaders think clearly, make better decisions, and build organizations that are both high-performing and values-driven.

Today, through Tore Jacobsen Coaching, he brings that same grounded leadership into a holistic coaching practice for Personal Development, Business Consulting, Mindpower Coaching, and Sales Training. His work is built on the belief that true, lasting success comes from who you are being, not just what you are doing or what you have. He helps individuals, high-performing professionals and leaders align their mindset, strategy, and daily actions so they can create results that are both exceptional and sustainable.

Beyond his professional life, Tore is a devoted husband to his wife, Tammy, and a proud father of three. Together, they are strong advocates for autism awareness and support, inspired by their journey with their daughter. Tore is also a vocal champion for mental health—particularly for men—shaped by his own lifelong struggles and a personal breaking point in 2023 that became a turning point. That experience deepened his empathy, sharpened his purpose, and fuels his commitment to creating spaces where people can be honest, seen, and supported.
